At the Resort

All-Inclusive

Your stay includes all meals, snacks, drinks (including alcohol), room service, and resort activities. The lazy river and kids club are also included.

We recommend downloading the Hyatt Inclusive Collection app to browse restaurants, make reservations, and check activities.

Water Safety

Drink bottled water only (provided in your room and restocked daily). Ice at the resort restaurants is filtered and safe. Avoid tap water for drinking or brushing teeth.

Good to Know

• Child care: The kids club accepts ages 3-12 and is included with your stay. Nanny service is also available — contact the concierge to book, ideally before arriving.
• Food allergies: The resort accommodates dietary restrictions — let your server know at each meal.
• Hair & makeup: Available at the resort spa. Book in advance if you want services for the wedding day.
